You can change the design and style of custom printing on any document by using the custom paper sizes offered in Microsoft Office. By way of example, the Project Server uses custom dimensions for all its documents, whether they are printed or written. The Excel Online Business Plan uses custom paper sizes to fit all the figures in the plan. Last, the Microsoft Office Web Pages employs the default design, which includes small, large, black and white, sepia, or color pages.

To change the design and style of custom document, initially open the Document Properties on the primary menu of your PC. On the General tab, then click the Customization button. On the Customization page, click on the arrow next to Type and press the ideal arrow button. A wizard window will appear. In the wizard, under Customization, click Convert to Page (Control), and then input the width and height you want for the customized printing dimensions.

From the Personalization Wizard, complete the following steps. First, click the Convert to Page button. Then, at the General section, click the Select Customize button. In the Select Style box, click the desired style of custom paper size that the printer supplies, and then click ok. Should you have to change the values, you can do it by choosing the properties and then clicking on the Validate button.

The next step is to install the Microsoft print driver. To do this, go to the print driver update utility, then click the button. When the download is done, you will see a message saying that your printer is out of date. Click ok to install and download the new upgrade.

When the installation is completed, you must see the new custom paper sizes in the Control Panel. You should also see the custom made printing width and height that the printer provides. To observe how the change appears on the display, start a Microsoft Word file that’s in your default fonts.

Save text in a text box. Use the arrow keys to highlight the text , and then press the Enter key. In the Print Preview pane, you may now see the changes that you just made. To save a custom picture, press the Escape key.
